南京INA轴承BK5520开裂游隙的改变要素

 南京INA轴承失效的主要原因是两个主要因素:缺点和过载。当外部载荷超过材料强度极限时,零件开裂称为过载开裂。超载的主要原因是主机的突然损坏或安装不当。轴承部件的微裂纹、缩孔、气泡、异物、过热结构、局部烧灼等缺点也会在冲击、过载或剧烈振动下产生裂纹,称为缺点裂纹。

应当指出,上述缺点可以通过仪器手段进行正确分析,包括南京INA轴承原材料的重新检验、铸件的质量控制、轴承制造过程中的热处理和加工控制。今后仍有必要加强控制。一般来说,轴承故障大多是过载故障。

在运行中,由于南京INA轴承外部或内部因素的影响,原有的配合间隙发生了变化,精度下降,甚至“咬死”间隙的变化也变得无效。过干涉、安装不当、温升引起的大膨胀、瞬态过载、残余奥氏体和不稳定状态下的残余应力是导致空洞转变失效的主要原因。

Check the oil seals near the bearings to ensure that they are sufficient to prevent hot or corrosive liquids or gases from penetrating the bearings, oil or gases along the shaft. If the seal is worn, it should be replaced as soon as possible.

高温常表明南京INA轴承处于异常状态。高温对轴承润滑剂也是有害的。有时轴承的过热可以归因于轴承的平滑剂。如果轴承运行超过125摄氏度,轴承寿命将减少。

高温轴承失效的原因包括:润滑不适或过热平滑、载荷平滑剂、过载、轴承损坏、间隙不足、高温油封冲突等。

Failure causes of high temperature bearings include: lubrication discomfort or overheating smoothing, load smoothing agent, overload, bearing damage, insufficient clearance, high temperature oil seal conflict, etc.
